Creative Freedom and space for sparks
We know that creativity thrives in playful spaces, where people can spark ideas of each other and let them bounce around the room. We will create these spaces for creativity to thrive and seek to embrace and understand all forms of artistic expression.
Partnership
We work at our best when connecting with others. We will connect with communities to broaden our stories, support others and work together with others to enrich our practice.
Working class creative empowerment
We are born from working class roots and know the importance of amplifying the lesser heard voices. We will embolden these voices and embrace their stories.
Participation and interaction
Our creativity is exploratory, meandering, excited and curious. Our work should reflect this and we will ensure participation and interactivity is woven into our performances and work.
Our causes
We care deeply about facilitating and promoting positive discourse and understanding around mental health. We will prioritise this in our working practice and the work we pursue.
Our company is female led and deeply feminist at its core. We will continue to be loud, proud and female and champion creativity from women, girls and those of marginalised gender groups.
